Ten years together, and it still felt like the easiest decision in the world.

The weather couldn’t have been kinder. Beth and James said their vows outdoors in Kirkby Fleetham Hall’s secret gardens, a celebrant-led ceremony with the greenery doing most of the work photographically.

There was nothing overplanned about it. Just Beth and James, their closest people, and a garden that felt like it had been waiting for exactly this.

The rest of the day carried that same easy, unhurried feeling, good food, good company, and a couple who’d clearly been ready for this for a long time.
